What I do

I work as an Infrastructure Analyst at NatWest, where my role covers the operational health and stability of global core desktop platforms. Day to day this includes managing security update deployments, Microsoft Defender client health monitoring, vulnerability management and SOC compliance — making sure platforms remain secure, stable and available for business use.

Beyond the day to day, I contribute to platform risk culture, build relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, and look for opportunities to simplify and improve how things are done. When changes are being planned and delivered, I work across design, testing, coordination and stakeholder communication to help bring them over the line.

Life away from the screen

When I'm not at work, you'll find me playing pool for SAVC in the Harlow and District Club Pool League, or out fishing whenever I get the chance. Most importantly, I try my best to be a great husband and dad — which keeps me pretty busy.

Things I've built

A couple of personal projects I've worked on outside of work.
